The Builder Hut's upgrade

I request Huts Builder that can be upgrade to accelerate the performance of their

Example:
Level 1 Builder Huts time to upgrade level 11 elixir storage is 2 days, and the level 2 builder hut's time is 2x faster than level 1, upgrade the max hut builders are level 5

Pace of work is based on the level:
Level 1 - 1x
Level 2 - 2x
Level 3 - 3x
Level 4 - 4x
Level 5 - 5x

The builder hut's upgrade unlock on town hall level 7, level 3 is unlock on level 8 town hall, level 4 is on level 9 town hall, and level 5 is on level 10 town hall.
