i did about 100 level 9 walls before going to th10 a month or so ago, current got 1 max inferno, the other finishing in 3 days, a level 3 xbow finishing soon, 2 camps maxed and both barbs and archers to level 7, personally id prefer what ive done at th10 so far than finishing my level 9 walls.
the game currently is more advantageous towards air attacks but trust me it will go back to ground attacks again.walls do matter when you go up against high level heroes. you are currently thinking short I.e recent lavaloon boom but those who max think long term. sc wouldn't have made lavas if they knew they will be useless.once your WT are not in range of your ADs, ADs are spread out, AQ is centralised, cc is full of wizards or dragon with minions and xbows point up only skilled attackers will 3star you with lavaloon. if you make these adjustment you force your to try 3star you with ground attacks and that's where lavas come into playQuote:

It's because clan war. You upgrade to th 10, suddenly you got more difficult opponent. Heck, even your base will worth more without infernoes. With infernoes, you might or might not be able to brag about 3 starring others again. And why not ? Everyone likes to brag about insubstantial things, no matter how irrelevant those things are.
Rather you're misunderstanding me...out of the 250 walls how many walls do you actually break in a ground raid. With the new jump spell most people break the outer layer and use jump to get inside. At best you'll break through 10-12 walls in a raid. Walls are important but getting Legos or more importantly lavas at th 9 rather than getting infernos and defenses and max troops is not efficient (personal preference is different) that actually defend better.Quote:
