I try to help but yeah, I can decide the heck with a person if they want to get crappy about the attempt to help. The head scratcher is that before that he was mad at guys just disagreeing without giving reasons. But being given the reasons made him mad too. But now I am to the point of saying the heck with him and figure he deserves to be troll bait. Never once asked for your help. I don't start my own clans. Did you get a clashing degree somewhere? Not sure why you think your unsolicited advice is needed.

Not sure why having lengthy conversations with yourself on the forums of smartphone games isn't grounds for institutionalization.

I stated i felt that these are myopic solutions that cause more problems than they solve, and stated why. I would have offered praise for coming up with an original idea at least but such a thing was not presented.
Anything that limits peoples ability to leave clans limits their ability to leave clans, there is something intrinsically wrong with this 'solution' or any solution similar to this and I and anyone with sense would be against it.

What on earth do you mean by good players are being shut out of good clans? Your post doesnt make a lot of sense from there....

You don't understand apparently what a rhetorical question is. Theyre questions to intended to make a point in a discussion. When you ask me "what time is it?" and I say "you don't know what time it is?", the question isn't meant to be answered literally. It's meant to say that you should know what time it is. Not sure why basic English conversational devices are necessary to be covered here.

K ... what problems do they cause? Let's discuss those instead of having us read your mind.

I mean ... players just joining have zero shot of getting into an established clan because they're all on invite only and reject randoms. Even though they might be great players. So the clans suffer for not getting them, and the player suffers by getting stuck with a bunch of inactives. Not sure what's confusing about that

I am sayong that the poijt you were trying to make was invalid as they had answers. Asking why someone doesnt know the time is to make the point that they do (in your case). But asking how to recruit as if there arent ways to recruit doesnt work if people can answer and tell you exactly how to recruit.
