I nothing hoppers. How others perceive hoppers good or bad is up to them. They are tiny insignificant fraction of the clash community in my opinion. I rarely if ever have to deal with "Hoppers" in my clan because I can recruit still with it set to invite only. If someone joins and leaves within an hour or less of joining, so be it. People come, people go. Having a clan set to invite only is the reasonable fix to any clans hopper issue. If that's not something a clans leadership is willing to do then dealing with randoms is a consequence. Nothing anyone needs to get all worked up over.

Nobody is defending them. There are certainly those that do exactly that just to sleaze. But you are trying to say that this is the only reason when in fact its a very small percentage of inter clan activity. And what so many here have been pointing out is that you cannot penalize all inter clan activity just to address that small segment that is doing it in a poor way.

Its why SC (and not the forum members) decided that it was better left to the clans to deal with and that it fell under the heading of leadership responsibilities. The people telling you that this is just the leaders job are not talking down or declaring themselves to be any (of the terms you have used to describe) 'higher power'. We are just being messengers. I am not sure you get that.

Oh I get it. The problem is your "message" is one that doesn't allow people to discuss it. Not sure that YOU get that. Once again ... penalizing "all inter clan activity" is something NO ONE has advocated. You are once again projecting your imagined solutions on those just trying to talk it out. And by doing so shutting down what would otherwise POTENTIALLY be constructive conversation.

How is talking about it "getting all worked up over it"? What harm comes to anybody by talking about potential solutions to what you appear to admit is a problem. And you're using your own anecdotal evidence of it being an "insignificant fraction" to justify not talking about it. How do you know what percentage it makes up? It was enough of a problem for people (not just me or the OP) to post about it. I've already discussed in great detail the associated problems with hiding behind invite forever. Go read it.

No one said you could not discuss it. They said they did not agree with you. Which you got mad at. And some of them, since they think you are just pushing points they don't agree with, don't want to waste their own time discussing it (which is their prerogative). Which of course was also making you mad.

Your problem is you want people to agree with you and you want them to discuss how much they agree with you. I am sure we will get another retort from you that this is not true, but you have shown your colors with your words already so go ahead. Write your rebuttal about how the blah blah blah doesn't get the blah blah blah and that's why you are not a problem here its just that everyone else is.

I've explained why I'm sticking with it like 3 times, before I drop this forum completely.

Also explained why agreeing with me literally has nothing to do with what I'm talking about like 8 times.

Obtuse. Is that alright for the kids to read? The "blah blah blah" was in reference to you repeating yourself like 30 times. You don't seem to be able to get over yourself.

The need for people to agree with you has had everything to do with it. It is what set you off in the first place. Since then you have been trying to deny that after several people called you out on it but you cant put it back in the bottle after you let it out. You are gonna have to accept that. Or repeat a ninth time (you say you are up to 8) you did not say what you typed.

Obtuse is fine. If you don't get why your other words before were of concern for children that's amazing.

Absolutely no harm comes from discussing it. In fact this is exactly the purpose of this forum. But what you've done is get increasing hostile. Again the name calling is a dead give away. You seem obsessed with getting the last word in. Pretty petty if you ask me.

As for my "anecdotal evidence" it's my opinion and experience, exactly what you're using as the basis of your counter-arguement. Its a two way street. I never said anyone's opinion was wrong. I mearly stated a easy fix. You don't have to use any advice i offer. But I'm still free to give it out. No matter how much you object to the idea of others having ideas of their own.

Not getting worked up over the issue but people telling others to get over an issue they might be experiencing ... exactly like you are doing. What names did I call anyone that were inaccurate? I'll wait.

I'm not using my experience to tell others they are wrong ... like you are doing. Using my experience to say it may be an issue so you should let people talk about it.
