blockade for clan exchange about 5 or more minutes

I would like to have a blockade about 5 or more minutes (or days) for players who leave clan on their own.

What do you mean a blockade?
Also if this is to punish hoppers than no, its your choice to let someone in a clan they should be allowed to leave when they want, no one should be able to force a player to stay in a clan by punishing them if they leave.

blockade = time you can't join a new clan

Yes I agree, because:
1) It has been requested many times.
2) Because of #1, you should have used the search button.
3) If you have a "problem" with hoppers, I am 99% certain it is because your clan is not functioning properly.
4) #3 Could be the leader/co leader's fault, or maybe the entire clan. And if you are the leader, I still stand firmly on my statement about your clan not being lead properly.
