Also, i saw a complaint about people 2 starring max th10's. Im Confused, should th10's not be 2 starrable?

I also saw some say u can use the same exact combo every time. That is incorrect. U have to deal with the cc and queen. That can call for a golavaloon, a 3 hound 6 hog + kill squad and loons or some other combo. Quadro lavaloon is usually not the answer actually.

Yup I have a max TH 9 with everything anti air possible. I get 3 starred by it and I 3 star other max TH 9s too. Takes only a bit of skill compared to a very well executed GoHo or the like.

Put your air defense too close together and a golem + 2 wiz + heroes will take out your archer queen and get 1 or 2 air defense. Spread them and the hounds have too much hp.

As an attacker, you have to look at the base if it's viable for whatever troops you have. if you are the defender, if you notice that your base kept on getting pawned by lavaloons, then most probably your base design is weak from that attack.

I don't use lavaloons, but I seldom see an attacker attacking my base using lavaloons, the last one (2 or 3 months ago) who used lavaloons on my base got 2 stars during war. but most of the time I get attacked by gowipe or gowiwipe.

So what have I learned? I learned that my base is not prone from lavaloon or lavaloonion attack and I don't see that army composition as overpowered because if it's overpowered, regardless how I setup my base, I would often see my base getting attacked by Lavaloons. The way I understand my attackers is that, they think that Lavaloons is not viable to 3 or even 2 star my base, so they'll use Gowipe / Gowiwipe instead, because from what I think, they think that they will surely get a star or 2 or even 3 with hi level heroes with Gowipe/Gowiwipe. ( I'm not saying that my base is perfect in defending lavaloons attacks, but if an attacker will think of how to attack my base, the way I see it, they would rather use Gowiwipe or gowipe instead of lavaloons because of how my base is set up.)

Before, as a beginner of TH10. whenever I change my base, I keep in mind that my ADs and xbows should be placed nicely against air attacks. this had helped my base defend from lavaloon and lavaloonion attacks.

So, to make this short. if your base is viable to Lavaloons attacks, as an attacker, they would surely go for Lavaloons and easily 3 stars your base with skills.
