Or you just set a boundary or goal for the day as soon as it's met you will fell good for hitting the target and less like you have to keep going.
I went through a stage where I couldn't put it down, I had it loaded up at work I was waking 3-4 times in the night to view my base collect my resources and reload my CC, logged in for hours on end, for no real reason, I just grew out of it, wasnt doing me any good! But I'm still active and can set aside 1-2 hours a day after work watching TV or a film!
I was addicted too... woke up and started clash, clashed while brushing, working, walking, eating, watching tv and i can go on and on and on... i bought an xbox during this time and used it for may be a couple of hrs in the last 6 months... thats how crazy i was
then i had to go on a vacation with my family... you see the point "I had to" go on a vacation... my ideal vacation would have been to sit in a wifi enabled beach with a power socket and clash for the whole day... but that wasnt the case and fortunately or unfortunately it was for 4 weeks... i had only a little chance to clash, there was no internet most of the time... for the first 2 days i couldnt stop thinking abt it and then slowly i stopped thinking abt it totally..
Now am back from vacation, i play the game but not as much as i used to... i am not obsessed as i used to be...i dont dream abt my AQ hitting walls or BK going away in a totally different direction.. i make my war attacks... once or twice a week i boost and barch til the boost ends...
I am glad i went to that vacation, i have a lot of peace of mind now!!
Delete Coc instantly, and the problem is solved.
They do sell glasses that put less strain on your eyes when playing games. You could try that
When I started playing CoC, I did it from my phone. I also noticed my eyes were being tired a lot when I was playing. So I stopped playing from my phone and now I only play from my tablet when I am at home. It seems the tablet, due to the larger screen, is easier on my eyes. I do not have to force my eyes to constantly focus on something on the small phone screen.
Try only playing from your tablet. It worked for me.
