Ive seen this requested recently (note use the search function) also im like 99% sure its not up to clash Windows has to agree as well so SuperCell could for all you know what to add it to windows phone and windows may be saying no.Quote:

I'm not sure what the push back on having it on a desktop computers is from a user point of view. Heck, since there is no Windows support, I've been running Clash on Blue Stacks only. It eats up my tablet's battery and is a less than pleasing experience.
Supercell has a few options when it comes to releasing it. They could create an app targeted only for Windows Phone, only for Windows 8.1 (desktop and tablet), or a Universal App that works on Phone and Windows 8.1.

With the new windows 10, SuperCell will create a Windows 10 Version, compatible with computer, tablet and smartphone ?
Any chance that SuperCell port CoC on windows 10 ?
Windows 10 add universal apps : compatible with computer, tablet and smartphone.
