First GE - Looking for 7 More Elders - Mature/Active Clan
First GE is a newly formed clan, looking for 4 more clashers to join us in our early stages.
First GE will be the next successful clan in Clash of Clans, while raiding 2x to 3x a week to reap the free resources.
First GE is lead by three individuals who have lead some of the most successful guilds in World of Warcraft, and come from the best possible background in gaming strategies. From StarCraft, to World of Warcraft, even to Halo 2&3; we have some of the most successful minds behind the best strategies.
We are now seeking 4 more clashers to become founders of First GE;
and help structure this clan into one of the most well known clans in Clash of Clans.
Our Rules;
Age; 18+ (some exceptions)
Gender; Male/Female
Maturity; Swearing is ok, ball busting is ok, however swearing abusively towards others will not be tolerated.
Donations; 50 per season is required (help out others if you expect help) & request often
^ every time you're on, you should be requesting troops
^ donate what is asked; if someone asks archers, and you give giants just to boost your numbers ..that's not ok!
Chat; Be chatting, ask how others are doing, small talk could be great and make some one's day; Be friendly!
War; We will be warring at least once a week, but our goal is two to three times a week.
^ should you be in our war lineup, use at least your first attack on your mirror (or below) and acquire 3 stars
^ second attack should be used towards someone above your mirror, and at least 1 star should be acquired
Roles and Responsibilities;
Member: Given upon acceptance. Be active; log in daily. Be friendly; build relationships and get to know people. Donate/request frequently. Participate in war when you're called for.
Elder: "Founders". Given to loyal members, with at least one quality recruited member; CO-Leaders must approve of promotion. [all responsibilities of Member, plus;] Handle disputes promptly and kindly. Approve/decline new member requests. Facilitate when no CO-Leaders are around.
CO-Leader: "The Board". Given to extremely loyal members, while demonstrating exceptional leadership; Leader must approve of promotion. [all responsibilities of Elder, plus;] Start a war when available. Handle war tasks; direct attacks. Offer expertise on defense and attacking. Actively recruit new members. Facilitate when Leader is not around.
Leader: "Lombardi". [all responsibilities of CO-Leader, plus;] Actively approve new CO-Leaders. Handles our website marketing.
