new speel - tactical spell

This spell doing: you place this speel to any building and all your troops attack to this building and add speed to troops (time stoped after building destroy) and damage to building
Speciál power:this speel can be used 2 time in one battle
Reqies upgrade: spell factory to level 6 and dost 25 000 elixir and training time is 30 min
Levels 3:
1.speed added 60% and damage 20%
2.speed added 80% and damage 30% cost + 5000 can be used 3 time
3 speed added 100% and damage 40% dost + 10000 can be used 4 time

So it's basically like a flare in boom beach
