Yesterday January 27 2014 (Philippines) I reported my account concerning for an unauthorized use of my game account. This morning, January 28, upon logging in my account I've been prompted that my account have been banned.

Im trying to report this case earlier, but after 23 hours of waiting, theres no response yet how can I log my account and how it can be unbanned. Kindly attend to this matter immediately because I'm using my gems to boost my troops, hence the time we are wasting is also my wasted money investing in your game. Also be noted that my account is at clan war. Please consider the period how long you fix your customer's problem. I am really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off with your service!

How long this LAST for you. They asked me few questions I answered. Woke up to a ban. I'm the original and only owner of the account.

This is the standard process when you report your account as compromised.
Once you have answered the questions the village is then banned for 48 hours on ALL devices.

Doesn't matter about boost/Clan War/trophy pushing. What's more important, the war or you having full access to your account?

You now just have to wait.

My email address was ♥♥♥♥ed and had some fraud issues not related to Clash. I wanted to delete the email account. 48hrs sucks balls.
