You have finished the game. Starting again with the next difficulty setting. Loot penalty has been increased by 50%.

Any indication of who it is? Be interested to see them in game.

I'd suggest their level just stops at 300..no point in giving additional levels unless there were enough people to justify it. 300 will be out of reach to all but a handful of players especially since the elixir/wall update.
