Suppppp guys! Nice discussion spot. I don't wanna be receiving lv1 troops. I'll empty my CC on purpose if I have that. Can we seriously think about this rule... Is it actually beneficial or will it not benefit having low lvl troops in your CC.

IF not beneficial and IF we tell low level members not to donate, do we kick them? Or do we simply not accept them. But is this what our clan is about?

Leo. U made it! Good discussion points. Maybe not accept new but not kick existing low lev good citizens. Maybe we just don't require the low lev peeps to donate

In addition, I'd like to point out that all this while, there shouldn't have been a minimum no. of trophies requirement for joining a clan. Instead, your level of exp is the more impt one.

Exp level shows how well developed you are overall. So anyone who's of high lvl will be able to contribute better quality troops to his mates.

Having this in mind, we can think about acceptance criteria and troop donation with regards to low lvl troops.

Btw we should have a rule about reading b4 donating!

Lol...and true. I see many clans advertise for certain exp lv and troop lv. Our core group is well on the way.

Yup totally agreed. Our core 'bacon' group is strong.

In the DISTANT future (because this game is seriously a slow progression - unless ur clan is Gem44), we will all be th10 players going for trophies.

So if we cultivate the patience to keep low troph lvl till our farming is complete i.e. everything maxed out, it will be real easy to increase our trophs in both attk & def.

That's why we might want our members to intentionally drop trophs cos i see members with high troph lvl who are dead broke with the builder snoozing in the builders hut! There's no progression there. Just momentary pride with the high troph lvl and low exp lvl.

Very true. The core group seems to get it. Im getting all th9 defenses complete and then see if th10 is worth it. We may want to "suggest" to certain players about farming

You have some very good points Leo. We were all lower level not to long ago and we got to be elders by donating lots of troops which I think should be encouraged in any good clan no matter what level the troops. However, you are also correct about lower level troops being donated to higher lvl players. It can make it difficult to attack and defend with such troops. With that said, if we are going to ask lower level players not to donate than we should plan on giving them the best of troops so they can get better, quicker. And nobody should ask for drags or higher troops. Even though I don't have these troops yet, I realize that they are expensive and it is very generous to have one donated to you.

Fishy. For someone not liking this, im quite impressed by ur posts! I really like the discussion and we should be able to come up with some simple rules to run the clan.
I would like to get Chris invovled.

I agree 100%. Excellent post.
i'll donate whatever I can as it helps the rest of the clan. While I would love to get max level wizards and dragons, I'm fine with whatever comes out of my clan castle.

i would post that Elder is full. I was in a clan where the leader reviewed the donations weekly. Sundays he kicked the non donators. Elder took weeks to gain trust.

Thank you for the agreement on the language. I can swear with the best of them but as pointed out there are youngins in the clan including my son. I had to kick Frenzy as he went on a profane rant. I really like this clan. There are some really great core members. I have to fight to get donations in! Lol

maybe increase the min trophy count to join? Think we could move up the leader board. There are now several strong members. Just my 2 cents.
