Clan Gravenites

Draft of Rules

1. This is a clan for mature people. If you are under 18 but reasonably mature, that is still OK.
2. We require clean and civil language. Please refrain from swearing. Swearing will get you warned and/or kicked
3. We don't want members hopping in and out of the clan. Talk to an elder first to get permission and have a compelling reason.
4. DONATIONS
   
   1. Please be generous with donations. Elders should donate 10x their exp lv per season and members should donate 6x their lv per season as a minimum. Ex: An Elder at level 50 should donate a minimum of 500/season(2 weeks). Level 50 member, 300/season.
   2. Elders not making the above commitment without reason will be demoted.
   3. You may request certain troops. Requester must state what they want directly before and after request. Donators need to read the chat to see if such a request was made. Keep in mind that you may not get donations if you're too picky.
   4. Do NOT donate GOBLINS, WALLBREAKERS or HEALERS unless requested to do so.
   
   
5. Elders
   
   1. Do NOT request to be made an elder. The only real advantage to being an Elder is to be able to invite and kick members. We have 16 Elders now which is plenty. We will very rarely make any more. Elders must be level 50 and above and donate 10x their experience level.
   2. CO-Leader. We currently have two co-leaders in order to cover as many time zones as possible. These are Chris and Leo.
   3. 2 Elders and preferably more need to agree if someone is to be kicked. No Elder should kick anyone without consultation unless the behavior is egregious like the Ah Frenzy or Jared incidents.
   4. Elders need to meet their donation targets or become regular members.
   
   
6. What Gets You In
   
   1. Lv 45 and above.
   2. Be social and active
   3. International is welcome but must speak english
   
   
7. What Gets You Kicked
   
   1. Behaving like an immature idiot, swearing, abuse of other members.
   2. Inactivity. Let us know ,ON THIS FORUM, if you’re going to be gone for awhile.
   3. Repeatedly missing donation targets.

I like the rule about not asking to be Elder. It needs to be earned not given on a whim and it is annoying when it is asked for. I like how you added it to the clan description Grav. And obviously no foul language at all. There is a lot of young kids playing the game. Also, one more thing. If you don't give then you don't get. Everybody needs to donate as much as possible. There seems to be a lot of troops donated by the elders and few by anyone else. It doesn't matter what level the troops are, anything donated is good!
