I haven't seen this mentioned in any of the "previously ruled out ideas" but I believe a fifth army camp available at TH9 would solve some issues involving the economy...

Im at th9 there isnt an economy issue I get plenty of loot, also giving th9 55 more troop space would be so overpoweredQuote:
