A clan donation idea

Do you have that time where you are away from the game, and thats when the mass requests come? Or do you just want to donate but no one requests? Or, when someone tells you to donate but no one donates? Well, I got a solution! A Clan "Bank" as I call it. Everyone in the clan can add to the "Queue". So basically, a person can add troops to the bank, and when someone requests, the troops that were donated first would be sent to that person. But, the thing is that a person would not have donations until someone requested and got those troops.

A person can request from the queue (But not knowing what they would get) or request normally, and can get more wanted troops. Also, a clan leader can give the member the option whether they can request from the queue or not. A newly joined player can only ask normally, but the leader can let them request from the bank.

Any thoughts?
