No need to purposely slow your progression, just head to TH9 right now. You will face TH snipes for at least 75% of attacks on you as a new TH9, and that goes up to 90%+ once you have all your new toys built and set up in a coherent TH9 base layout. There's no need to waste elixir by staying back to work on the last defenses when your best defense is having 8 storages, a 12% lootable storage and the layouts possible with TH9 structures.Quote:

cooking 2 pekkas (lvl3) 14giants (lvl5) 7 wb (lvl5) rest wizard (about 16 [lvl5])
1heal 2rage (lvl5 both)
and GIWIPE all the way on revenge those th9 that thought steam Rolling me and taking 2500+ (when drill filled too) of their precious dark...
making me laugh and spending wisely all that excess elixir
Mine is full too! I used my full elixir storages semi-exposed as a bait for attackers to force them start attacking at that side cause i back them with mortars and then wiz towers. So I successfully can protect my precious gold and DE.
Soon in 5 days my De storage will be full and I will put it in the outer layer as a bait too.
TH is expose and untrapped.
Im really consider upgrading my Town Hall when I reach the 80K DE storage cause I cannot accept wasting a full DE storage. Bk is done and will be lvl10 2 days later.
I have a 50 WB 4 Pekka army training right now. Mwahaha. That should be fun. And I'll be my clans sugar daddy handing out wizards and things all day. Elixir is full :rolleyes:

I'm sure you've got a lot of Drake to offer with so much Elix...
Time to get those achievements:
1. Friend in Need: Give out level 3 dragons for your clanmates to farm with
2. League All Star: Trophy push at least to Masters if you're a TH8 with excess lix
3. Firefighter: The most fun of them all - train 10 level 3 dragons and go inferno hunting. All you need is ten infernos to get the first firefighter achievement of 100 gems. Funnel dragons to attack in line of the infernos. Just avoid single mode infernos though.

Agreed. Upgrading to town hall 9 early would just be silly. We are supposed to have full storages for months at a time maxing out th8 to 'rebalance' the economy like Supercell wants.Quote:
