Trophy points Need to be balanced!

1 major fault in games like this, is that they have forums for suggestions.

I don't want to interact with idiots, I just wanted to make a simple suggestion to the developers is all.

Actually, most of the "new ideas" on this forum are suggested several times every day and are equally bad every time they are suggested. Objecting to it is THE BEST information that the poster can receive. If it is a bad idea it should not get support. If you decide to hang out as part of this community you will see that truly original ideas receive immediate support or at least gentile criticism if they have a huge flaw.

Specific to your post . . . it is not as common of a topic but the trophy system is debated fairly often here. You posted in the ideas forum and many people think it is a bad idea. This is not unfair scrutiny, it is expected. SC has seen these trophy system change requests come and go for years. Based on their combination of silence and no changes having been made I can only conclude that they are more on the side of "it's fine the way it is".

My personal opinion, you are asking to fix a problem that doesn't exist. Unless you are trying to push beyond 4000 trophies they really don't have any value. I can think of several better uses of developer time than re-structuring the economy of a resource with no value. For that reason alone I disagree with your idea. No need to even talk about the merits of a different system.

I understand that you won't be posting again, however the trophy system in the game is as balanced as it can get in my opinion; since offense is much stronger than defense, it only makes sense to lose more than you gain. I do understand that it can be quite frustrating to have to Town Hall snipe 5-10 bases to increase your trophy count by 50 when you could lose twice that amount in 3-4 losses, but since the game is geared towards offensive strategies, the system itself needs no alteration. The attacker gets to choose his/her army and go up against any base they see fit; the defender only designs his/her base once and then watches as multitudes of armies come and destroy it. It is only logical that an attack that results in a loss also results in the loss of more trophies than could have been gained since the attacker CHOSE to attack that specific base. I do hate losing mass numbers of trophies due to user error, but it is much harder to defend than attack (considering 1 star is a "win"). That's why the system will never change, and also why it shouldn't.

How do you drop Down 3 leagues from just getting off the game? If you've ever been to 0 trophys. You would know that around 100-120 after 1 loss you start to lose 1 trophy. This is logically applied to being at 4000. The less trophy offers there are; THE LESS TROPHYS YOU'LL GAIN. So therefore. You won't lose any trophys at lower levels and you'll gain. At upper levels you'll lose trophys easier than gaining them. This does create a balance so people can actually get that high. I'm glad you are not posting anymore.
