I am a level 21 farmer. I haven't got the boat yet, I am struggling to make enough coins so I can pay for dock repair as well as an extra feed mill, more sheep, pigs, the list goes on... What is the best way to make coins on this game?
Filling orders takes such a long time. Is there a better, faster way to make coins or is it just a matter of having patience?
1) Skip doing the Truck Delivery : (highly recommend)
produce lots of products and put them up on your roadside stall (remember to place an Ads)
<Truck Orders don't pay out much>
2) Plant lot of fruit trees and bushes : (Not really recommend)
Harvest them when it ready, sell them to visitors who view at your market
<Trees or Bushes harvest 3 times, can be revived 1 time, after that it had to be chop off using axes or saw>
*Sometimes you had to stop doing the dock shipments and truck deliveries to earn the gold*

Keep selling stuff, thats how i earn my money. And truck orders.
But once youve got the boat, your truck orders are most likely to get stuck coz your machines have to deal with the boat orders. So i will say, make sure you always have something to sell.
Take it slowly as you progress through the game. For earning more coins, you can sell valuable items at your roadside stall. Items like dairy stuff, brown sugar and stuffs are selling fast. You can also sell building materials at max price if you have enough spare for your next upgrade.:) Be patience, you will have more than enough coins for you to spend as you level up slowly.
If wou want to make coins a little faster, forget about truck deliveries for the moment and sell everyting you can make in your road side stand. Truck orders pay less coins then selling in the road side stand. However truck orders do provide xp (experience) for levelling up faster. You do not need to level up fast if there are still machines you can and want to buy but need to save coins for first.Quote:

If you are selling in your road side stand, make all the dairy, sugars and animal feeds you can and sell those. They sell really well even at high prices because higher level players can hardly keep up making them. They need plenty for cakes, ice cream, coffee and in larger quantities for boat orders. High level players are not that concerned about the coins they have to spend. They can sell more expensive stuff.
Instead of selling lots of eggs and bacon & eggs sell the animal feeds instead. Animal feeds are not that expensive but sell easily and eggs are hard to sell. The high level player can hardly keep up making enough food with 5 different foods they need to make.
On more tip: if you get truck orders but do nor have that maker yet, you can trash the truck order. Maybe you know this already but lots of people don't or discover this at higher levels.
Thanks for all the tips! I have not really been using my roadside stall to its best capacity because I really wasn't aware of how it worked. Maybe there should be an FAQ thread dedicated to the roadside stall! Anyway, thanks a lot, I will concentrate more on putting up raw materials as well as dairy etc. in my stall. :) I need more coins! lol.
Roadside shop allow you to sell any thing that you desire. Simply click on the empty box and you will be given a selection of items within silo or barn. Select the items that you want and choose the quantity as well as the coins for it. The max quantity is 10.
once the item is place in shop, you have to wait for players to visit your shop to buy it. There will be a free advertisement every 30min or 1 diamond if you are impatient.
if you are regular seller or selling cheap, you tend to get followers and your item will sell even faster.

What about visitors to my farm? They don't always pay such good prices for stuff so I am wondering if I should send them away, lol. :cool:
That depends on what they want. I always sell crops, eggs, bacon and milk to them and sometimes fruit. I never sell axes, saws, dairy, sugars to my visitors, because I need them or I will get a better price in the road side stand.Quote:

Selling to the visitors does have a few rewards. Some XP and there is an achievement for it which pays diamonds. I think it is the patronate achievement.
I sell my stuff cheap. If you want to re-sell it higher that's great I love capitalism.

Basically you want
1)Harvest and sell fast growing crops
2)Use Tom to buy low, then sell high
3)Plant and harvest as fruit trees and bushes
