Gems With clan members

Hi there I think it would be good if you could give gems to your clan members to help them advance, so that they can get ready for war! Also you could only give gems to members that have been in the clan more then 1-2 weeks. So that you don't get members jumping out of the clan once they get them. Or have a time limit on leaving the clan if you receive gems. Let me know what you think cheers

Ok first no horrible idea,secondly there are tons of threads asking for this already use the search bar, finally you need to read the sticky before posting because this idea is ruled out
