Legally you can do whatever you like with your account (sell, rent, donate to charity etc). Supersell doesn't like this because it can seriously affect profits so they have made it against the tos and can ban the account. This is why only an absolute fool would buy an account from someone other than supersell.
No, you have that very twisted.
Legally whatever you think your "rights" may be has nothing to do with it, you abide by the rules for THEIR property.... you do not own the account, you did not buy the account.

This thread has been up for 5hours, it's now pretty obvious that selling accounts, buying, renting etc is against our Terms of Service. Consequences might result in Support refusing you access to their services (and these cases usually end up in "someone else is playing my account") or even getting that account permanently banned.
