Supercell, I would like my money back, as you are doing nothing to prevent fair play.

I have spent a lot of money on this game, I enjoyed playing it very much.

I heard about unfair play, but I finally saw it live on twitch by one of the highest war clans.

I did a search on here and I can see know evidence of supercell doing anything about this. No one has been banned either.

I have spent far too much money, for people to be allowed to play unfairly, by practising attacks on illegal apps used with their clash of clan game.

I am a maxed th9 with 25/27 heroes, and I refuse to play until this matter is addressed by supercell. If you refuse to address the ongoing issue, I want every penny I gave you, refunded back to me, as people have breached the terms and condition, yet you still have done nothing to stop this. Especially as you have profited a billion dollars with our money.

Just as an example, blizzard would of banned all the unfair players by now, who have been using third party programs.

Wow....can't tell if you are serious or not.
Unless you were directly involved in the aforementioned incident where players had evidence that they were modding beyond a doubt, then SC won't refund you. Especially cause Apple is the one that would have to Refund you, however they cannot/won't because those gems were used in a beneficial way to your base. Besides the point, people who are caught modding will be banned if you can provide evidence via screenshots to Support through their Reporting system.

Also, those that have had evidence against them that they were che@ting were found by Support and dealt with by them. If its serious and the evidence is incriminating enough, they would have been permabanned. Support has to deal with literally thousands of reports a day from players reporting people on global, for War base offenses, for modding etc.
Its a lot. especially for a team of admin to sort through evidence and ban people based on the amount evidence provided.

Unless supercell pay me, why would I go out my way to find these people who are downloading and using third party programs.

It it is very simple for them to find out and ban these people. They are doing this, because they would loose 10s of thousands of potential customers.

Plus, it's only the idiots that get caught. Someone with half a brain can easily cover his or her tracks and never be caught. No one has any idea who could be using these third party programs in their own clans.

You are not getting a refund. The people that do what you are saying don't need gems so SC has no benefit in keeping them.

Depends if the refunds are about supercell or not.

Supercell only gets active if they get money out of it. Banning people who don't play fair doesn't get them more money, but it will cost them resources (people and time) to find the "unfair" players.

Soooo you have no real proof that he was modding. Only that he gemmed up his army, possibly 200+ gems, not uncommon for people to buy/spend, scouted a base, then went offline from Twitch?

It's a free to play game designed to entertain the user. You were entertained. So much so, you decided to spend money (which isn't required) to enjoy said game even more. Keep playing, stop playing.... noone cares. I'm sure you can find something more productive to do than telling supercell how to fix supercell's game on supercell's forums.

Any top player especially one from a clan with around 130 wins, would never build an army, let alone gem it, before knowing who to attack. You would scout a base first, then build an army.

I understand it quite well. could it be that he knew the army that he/she wanted to train, wanted to attack, and was double checking the number:base relation? that is a second option that you have not mentioned. Pointless comments, meet pointless thread...SC/Apple will probably never refund all of your money as you are not directly involved in any of the issues you have mentioned, at least you haven't yet.

I couldn't agree more with this.
A multibillion dollar company should be able to hire someone or something to monitor this!
I was in a very, very good high level farming clan ( Won't say the name), and a champ joined and was playing in our clan. He posted a replay, saying "I used X/♥♥♥♥ to get this base"-a huge loot raid with great cups that is unfair to the person!!! I thought for sure that our leader would get on and kick him immediately, but he instead ignored it and the coleaders in the clan were talking about it for like an hour. I left a few minutes later. Its a shame because the clan was sooooo great, average level probably 120 with 600ish million GG

Too bad not getting money back, you have used money on gems and you have been able to use those gems for fun.

I'm going to say a couple things before closing this under the "no discussion about ways to break the game" rule.

1. SC DO ban many (hundreds of) players a day for ch34ting.
2. SC will NEVER advertise point 1 as it means more people will give it a go
3. The community needs YOU to help - record what you can and send it to support.
