Getting kicked "due to inactivity" while sending clan mail

I think that having the compose mail screen open should reduce the time limit to 20 minutes (so people don't exploit it).

Or they can just make it so that if you are typing you are considered "active" since in reality you arent like away from the game.

This would be the better soltution.

But in the meantime, its best to have the message composed ahead of time making sure it will fit and everything so you can bang it in there faster. I had to resort to that after having it blow up in my face a bunch of times.

Normally I already know what my Clan mail is gonna say, I've never even ran into this problem before, didnt even know this was a thing till I read this post. However thanks for the support on my solution.
