Getting kicked "due to inactivity" while sending clan mail

Is there anyway you can fix this? Please? I'm always having a hard time fitting what I need to say in the amount of characters allotted anyway, so there's a lot of deleting and retyping, and I almost always end up getting kicked once or twice while trying to fit it all in and have to start over again.

Please re word this its hard to understand overall

You're a co-leader (only leaders and co-leaders can send clan mail) and you're getting kicked? What type of clans are you joining?

If you are talking about regular chat just break it up into small bits and send it in multiple messages, people know how to read a continued message.

This seems pretty easy to understand to me. They are complaining that when composing a clan email, sometimes it takes them so long that they get kicked "due to inactivity" (you know the two minute, 5 minute, or whatever short timer that kicks you if you leave you device unattended).

It seems like a reasonable request to me, but I'm guessing that the reason this happens is because while composing a clan mail, you aren't doing anything to interact with the server.

That is correct. This complaint started popping up when they doubled the length of the clan mail message you could send. it happened to me too. But I was so happy they had doubled the message length that I was willing to type faster if that was what I meant.

One thing that helps is to have it composed exactly what you are going to say before you before you start. Then you don't have to pause to figure that out, you just type.

Acctually even if im typing it just says you have been disconnected because of inactivity.

Yes, this is pretty annoying. I hate that I have to type the mail really quickly or else I get kicked off the game. This means I can't type thoughtfully but have to rush it and then later ask a co to say I messed up this line or something.

I think that having the compose mail screen open should reduce the time limit to 20 minutes (so people don't exploit it).

Well if you are getting kicked once or twice when sending a message, and it takes 6 hours to get kicked... you probably have more important issues to worry about :p
Oh wait you mean the inactivity kick, you can get kicked while sending a message?
