Would you Upgrade to TH10 if they offered you a 2nd DE storage?

This would solve the lightning on DE issue for me so I would upgrade prematurely.

an extra storage wouldn't help me at all. another de drill would. either way il be upgrading as Im close to max on my town hall 9 with the exception of lvl 7 air defence and walls.

Definately not storages wont make u rich its just causing less space.

So.. max loot from each storage would become 1k DE instead of 2k, which is still alot lol.

And protecting 10 storage instead of 9.. I would pass :)

3 Lightning from a TH7 noob would cause you to lose like over 1k DE anyway. lol Might as well cut your losses with 2 DE storages.

DE is not that important to me yet.

I would not. I'm only TH8 so I'm not necessarily drowning in DE. :(
Having only one DE pump that is. I do okay, though.

Although I'm TH8 so this might not apply to me.:p

Don't forget 4 lightning spells doesn't destroy 1 storage. Maybe 80%. So you lose 800 DE instead of 2k against lightning spells.
