New hero levels

(Heroes are tricky for balance as they heavily effect both defense and offense)

I don't think so. Most players haven't even got their heroes to level 30 yet

That's pretty powerful

I hope not, I think they would be too powerful. A lvl 30 barb king or archer queen is already enormously strong.
