Terrible idea...you are supposed to want to help your clanmates not raid them and take their loot.
At best this is just silly. At worst it is highly exploitable.
♥♥♥ kind of thought is that? So you want to quit a clan because you are mad but you need take a parting shot? Not something SC should be trying to support.
This is kind of a silly idea. I have a feeling though it would be mostly annoying. People would join the clan, attack someone, repeat. Or find a inactive clan with inactive people and have full collectors.

town hall 8 clan mate attacks and gets loot gets kicked then reinvited
rinse
and
repeat
Why not make a clan with 20 of your alternate accounts and raid them all for 4 million gold and elixir each day?
