i experience this quite often, especially when my friend said their connection was bad.
my request bar was filled, but the troops is not there, making he cannot redonate.
this is a waste of request cooldown.

not to mention, people req (examples 20spaces) then i give drags, req gone. thos guys cc?empty. happen many times.
my cc empty, i make req, so times to make another req start (15mnts?), but my req not on clan chat.

I've always blamed connection. I've seen this happen when I donate, and it's often when my wifi is having a 'moment'.
Aah, the dreaded CC-troops-not-present-despite-being-given bug, faced it many a time and I really can't pinpoint why. The only good thing though is that eventually the troops do make their way to my CC, maybe they got lost in the clash jungle along the way?? :rolleyes:

It means that either the receiver or the giver has a slow connection.
It is a glitch that is yet to be fixed. Maybe will be fixed when the xbow glitch gets fixed?
Unfortunately happens on the odd occasion - and like others I believe it's a connection issue.
If you are having connection issues try hold off on your CC requests until your connection is working well again. But of course if those donating to you have a bad connection that may also cause troops to be lost.
How many of us are waiting for the xbow glitch to be fixed?
Usually the missing cc donations are due to a bad connection on one end or the other it seems in my clan. Sometimes exiting the game and reloading it seems to help find the souls lost on the way to your cc, but not always.
