A funny bet with my clan mate :)

So my clan mate and i was betting if i could 3 star this "th9" who had most th8 defences
i'm a th8 myself.
but he didn't believe in me, so if i could 3 star him, Kami Kasi my clan mate, would have to make a "♥♥♥♥♥ base"
and use it for 1 week.
if i didn't 3 star him, i'd have to make a ♥♥♥♥♥ base and use it for 1 week.
