in writing like in clan description if i want to edit a word at first i have to delete all the description.it is so much disgusting.so make this that we can edit where it need to be edit.

I totally understand this, and I agree it is really annoying writing something realizing you made a mistake and have to delete all that you've written. Just make it so you can tap/press and hold to go to a specific spot in the text.
