Hello, IGN is Klanzy im apart of the ShookOnes clan,
and today I was at a point where I was had little to no gold, but tons of pink elixir/dark elixir.
I was thinking maybe putting in a merchant shop, that would trade items back and forth
I think it should be available for any town hall and cost 200K gold, also has the ability to trade all three resources.

Do you mean ingame or an actual store where you can get COC merchandise?
There is a store on FB now but I don't know if it is related to SC. They advertise a COC t-shirt with the Barbarian graphic and it says "I 3 starred your mom" which is funny (shows some sense of humor about global flows) but still surprised me. But also it would get hit with copyright infringement if it was done without SC blessing.
