No offense but if you are a town hall 9 and cant figure out how to save enough dark elixir to even initially build a level one archer queen you have two options.
Option 1: Use gems to get the de needed
Option 2: Quit playing clash of clans because you are not, and never will be, good at this game.
I strongly suggest option 2
