New Spell idea

So I got a great spell idea, but it may need some tweaks to it. So some people want there to be something involved with the water on the outside of your base. Well this might be an idea to add something. It will be a tsunami spell. It will take up 2 spell slots and would destroy 3 random buildings. This spell would only be available to Town Halls 8 and above. When you upgrade it, it would do splash damage to walls, heros and other building surrounding it.
