Hi,
I was attacking for gold and suddenly (after an attack) I saw that I have 1 day 23 hours shield. I am NOT playing CoC from any other device except my own phone.
How to get back those gems?

I did an attack 8 minutes ago and after that attack I saw that I have two days shield (which I never bought).

That means someone bought a shied. It means:
1. You forgot that you bought a shield.
2. Someone uses your phone and played COC
3. You gave away your village for a while then played it again, assuming that the guy who you gave the village to is using your village.
Anyways, you can always repprt it in-game.
1. I don't drink or use weed/marijuana so that's not the case.
2. Read what I posted again. I attacked a village and then I was building the army when that happened.
3. This 'assumption' is logical. I gave my village to an 'Extra terrestrial Biological Entity' (code name alien) maybe he purchased the shield while playing the game on their planet called Maropia.

As I said before, if you didn't buy any shield. report it in-game about this bug. And as said on the link you provided, unfortunately, you cannot refund gems.

Go to the shop and see if a cooldown timer is ticking on the silver shield.
No one accessed your account otherwise you would have lost connection to the game because you would have been thrown off by the other user.
You must have bought it by mistake. Did you enter the shop at all and was hitting the buttons a bit to quickly?
It seems that this guy used the same drug I used when purchasing the shield.
