Its not exploitable because you wont get anything from attacking it will just be to test your clam mates base

clanmate copies an enemy war base. Everybody practices attacking it. That is a very big exploit.

This. War would be easy to win.

I would like it if someone annoys me in global without a clan, I would be like:
Me: Nah, it's fine. Wanna come over and have fun with good troops?
Other: Sure!
Role Play: Now invite.
Me(in clan): Well, bye, gotta go!!
Role Play: Attack now, and shock the other person. Then kick.
Other(in global): What was that for?
Me: What do you mean? YOU left and now I'm really mad why did you do that?
