Trying to decide on upgrading my golems or witches next and looking for opinions. I use golems every war and not had much success with witches...but I just got them. I'm leaning towards golems. What do you all think?

witches my friend, its only 1 upgrade and upgrading them will give u 4 more skele decoys

Use witches, as once you finish it, it will be maxed.
I upgraded my witches to 2 before upgrading my Golems to 1 and like you, I use my Golems frequently in war. I love that my witches are level 2! They are their best at level 2 of course and I can 3 star rushed TH9s and just about any TH8 with my level 1 Golems, level 5 wiz and my level 2 witches... (and heros of course).
I definitely should have upgraded my Golems sooner, simply because they tank sooo much better upgraded, but I didn't... I'm about to send them up to 2 later this evening though! Yay!
Have fun sir.. get those witches up then continue with your golems! You won't be disappointed.

As the above said, that one upgrade pretty much makes you a comp by itself. Lv1 witch virtually unusable, lv2 is great.
