Also guys, this would not kill the loot as atm many people keep a builder open and poor gold into walls at the end of the day, only difference is instead of doing this and using all the builders huts they have bought, they do it and have 1 builders hut wasted...

If you're buying several walls a day with it, I wouldn't call that "basically useless". If you didn't have that last builder hut, you'd either have even fewer upgrades going at once, or you wouldn't be able to buy walls whenever you want.
