Has anyone ever seen this. Is this a glitch or has the person not put his new buildings yet? Do they actually plan on fighting the war like this. When you visit his real base he has all the buildings.

heh looks like someone hasnt updated their war base since town hall 4. could be a mock base they've decided to keep without adding anything. when a new building is constructed, the building falls into your "inventory" awaiting for your placement in the village edit. if you do not edit, the new buildings do not get placed.

He might be leaving defense weak, to help the clan get easier match-ups? We have a few guys who do that on their mini account
