Tips needed for TH8 going on TH9

Hello,

I am currently a Level 91 Town Hall 8 finishing up and eventually heading to Town Hall 9. I currently have all of my buildings maxed and all of my troops maxed except Valks and Golems. I currently have a level 8 BK as well. I also have 36 level 8 walls. Before I upgrade to TH 9, I would like to Max my walls, max my BK, and get my golems to level 2 (I don't care about valks). I want to put myself in the best position to succeed when I reach TH 9. So, how far should I go with finishing up my Th 8? And when I get to TH 9, what should I be upgrading first and any tips on how to prepare for the rush? A list of priorities would be great.

This is one of the most asked questions on this forum you should just search for the many answers. I maxed my TH8 out completely and still had lab upgrades to finish. if you are doing war you will want to finish the labs, maybe even gem the time off.
