Export and Import Base Design

It's as simple as the title.

I want to be able to:

Export base design into a file.

Import base design from a file to my save lay outs.

Benefits:

People can share and try different design as much as they want.

It's hard to build a new design everytime you want to try something out.

Also, I want to Group select (such as press on the screen for a second, then drag your fiinger to select the whole area, so I can move my whole base to the left, or to the right, or up, or down.
