To All Of You Complainers About Lava Hounds

In the three weeks I have joined, I recall about 10 threads made, requesting for a lava hound nerf. This means that 3 threads were made every week, or more specifically, one every 2 or so days. You know what I consider this? SPAM. Ask me why? This is why:

Reasons to nerf hounds:

10% technical reasons
40% I have been attacked by it
50% They are too OP (why should I give a reason? I mean why should I give quality to my thread?)


What moderators can do about it:

1) "The One And Only Nerf Thread"

2) A warning to ban to the OP everytime such thread is made


My opinion:

Lava hounds have MAJOR disadvantages to the golem, since the buildings that target the lava hound have ALOT of D/S compared to buildings that trap ground units. Even the traps are stronger.

Every troop can be useful or completely useless depending on who's hands it is in. A good BArch user can 1 star maxed town hall 10s, while a beginner balloonion user can get as low as 20 percent with balloons (not luring CC).

If you think they are too strong against you, why don't you use it against other people?



Now just please, stop making such friends as not only does it spam the forums, but wastes yours and other people's time reading/replying/reporting them.

Absolutely agree.

What I find upsetting the most is that Supercell tests the troops through millions of simulations versus various bases with varying strengths, yet some users believe troops should be altered after a handful of attacks are witnessed.

"Pls Nerf" threads are at the top of my hate list.

Yet not just a normal spam. It is a spam to end spams. So this basically sums up 10 more threads.

Yeah, they are really annoying

Just using them won't guarantee success, you have to actually put in the work and be a good attacker to have success with them.

If you got 2/3 starred with hounds, that same attacker would have probably 2/3 starred you with a different comp. There are people out there that can destroy your base - regardless of what troops they use.

Funny, when hounds came out, they were railed against as a "useless" troop.

Then they were nerfed the very next update. Now folks are clamoring for another nerf.

A big nerf is coming, as happens when any comp becomes "the" comp.

But, imo, it's way too soon to do the big nerf on hounds. SC has to wait until a bunch of us have maxxed them, like with hogs.

I tried these bad boys when they first appeared but wasn't sold. Guess I better go back and try em again as Nerf threads mean they must be worth the effort...it's just my ineptitude holding me back!
