Why would you make fun of gemmers? They keep the game free for the rest of us. Personally, I have only spent a few dollars on a builder, and would rather have a game I could play all the way through, instead of only at max level. If I dropped $5000 to get max upgrades...then what? Chase cups? To me, that is when the game ends, others, that's where it begins. Getting on to farm resources to do upgrades is fun for me. Others, they hate it so they gem. You don't have any right to criticize others how they chose to enjoy the game, and whether they chose to gem or not. I don't think it's silly. You got banned which is what you deserved.
If you were cursing and abusing them in your clan description (it doesn't really matter if the words were censored), what did you expect? There is nothing wrong with gumming and no need to abuse people for doing it
