Offensive posts on clan walls

I see that more and more players of clash of clans use clan walls to insult or abuse other clans. The words used can be offensive, abusive, sexist and racist. This is an unacceptable and unhealthy behaviour. This behaviour can be considered as cyberbullying and an important issue as a significant proportion of the community are teens under the age of 18.

I have joined a clan for more than 6 months. During this period of time, we have encountered three clans that used offensive words during clan wars to try to abuse us. <snip> In addition, one of them repeatedly and countinously used these words even after the war ended for a period of time.

I would like to request the clash of clans management team to put more attention on this issue. Reporting individual users on the global chat is not enough as users are also using the clan wall to post abusive and offensive words. Not only the clans that perform this action should be blocked from the game but also the members. Thank you for considering the request.

You can report them in game


1. Take a screen shot
2. Select the settings button ( looks like a cog )
3. Select "help and support"
4. In upper right corner chose " contact us "
5. A chat window opens and you can leave a text and add you screenshot.

If only there was a search button that could share more light on this topic.....

It could show
A) all the threads asking to ban people for whatever reason and how to go about doing it
B) all the complaint threads about being banned from the game for offensive layouts, misuse of clan description and abusive languange

Thank you. We will take a screenshot and report to COC next time if we see it again. I meant clan boards not walls.

in my clan we always have our usual clan description and then we write "Good luck (Opponents name)" :)

I hate the people that make swastikas out of their walls. Unfortunately they did not have the reoprt feature back then when I came across one while searching, so I 3-starred it instead.

Well, there is that. However, we cannot decide what may offend anyone. However soft it may seem, someone, somewhere will probably be genuinely offended by it.

Relax OP, SC currently have ban-hammer on overdrive, so wouldnt expect it to continue too long.

I agree racism and such is 100% unacceptable but i never see that in war so im guessing the OP is complaining about random joke bases, which is ridiculous.
