Need help. Terrible support.

Hi,

I am having a serious security issue. My username (I won't put it on here for security reasons.) contains my first and last name. I have had people use it to find me on various social media like Facebook and Twitter, and I do not know these people in real life. I don't like having strangers gaining this kind of personal information about me. I have been trying to contact support via the in-game messaging service, but I keep getting the same response. This is not okay. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could contact and help me resolve this problem.

The forums, if anything will be your leat best option. You will have to wait. Also, think twice before calling their support terrible. They own 3 games (Including Clash) and they share their company between the 3, they have a few SC staff members working on the game - (around 15) and they have only a quite a few Support members. Do you expect them to reply to thousands upon thousands of tickets a day? You have to wait, like others are patiently doing. They will eventually respond to you and resolve your issue.

FYI its their job to support their customers. i honestly don't care about how many employees they got !
All i care for is getting my problems solved, its their own problem, i the feel they cant handle it, just hire more employees I'm they they are earning enough money to hire 20 or 30 more person to deal with customers problems.

Sorry you're receiving combative responses, but yes, their support is notoriously slow (and not known for quality either). Generally, you get an automated response rather quickly, which is why you keep on getting the same response. It's completely useless in your case, so just ignore it, and wait for an actual human to contact you, which again may take a very long time. There's really nothing you can do to speed up the process (unless you know the right people, apparently), but you do have the advantage of having an easy-to-fix problem. I recommend including what name you want yours changed to in all your communication with Supercell and they'll get to it eventually.

Anyone small company that gets 1000s of tickets a day would obviously find find replying to all hard.

Let's not forget that most problems aren't even easy or quick to solve.

There support is absolutely terrible on all levels, the fact that they have large game makes it even worse. All the fanboys in the world can come in this thread and defend them but it doesn't change the fact that their support is a total joke. Did anyone else notice how fast you used to get a response from support if you put "purchasing issue" as the topic, lol funny that:rolleyes: but anyway I'll shut up now so you guys can go back to mindlessly defending a business that does not care. About you only separating you from your money lol.

If you hate this company so much, stop playing, delete it, close the email associated with your game and forum account.. Whatever makes you happy......
