TH 10 - How much time can you spend sitting with full storages?

I know loot is hard to get. But the amount of time the upgrades require is insane, as far as I know the minimum is 6 days. As a just-arrived TH 10 I boosted my barracks before the TH upgrade ended, so I immediately started both infernos and after a while the xbow. The BK was being upgraded and I also started lab. Right now I have 6.5 million gold and there's still 3d 14h left, woah. A juicy target during these days. So, I guess that because of the great amount of upgrade time and that there's people just as active -and more- than me I know I'm not the only one :D

Title question.

P.S. My elixir isn't so good, I have barely gotten 2.5 million, and before getting all this gold loot both types of storages were filled more less the same. Haven't found a solution yet!

This really depends on your base upgrades and where you are in trophies.

If you are sitting around Gold to Crystal leagues (I would say this is where most barch farmers are) and you maxed your TH9 defences and have most if not all walls up to lego+ before upgrading to th10, then I would say not many farmers will want to hit you.

If you sit around crystal league with your TH out, chances are your TH will get sniped within seconds of logging off which means you get to sit on full storages longer. If you do sit in Gold league I find you will get your DE zapped, this is of course just based on personal experience and I do not have any evidence to back this up with.

Ok im not th10, im th9 but just last week I had 8 mil gold, 8 mil elixir, 120k de and 3 days until I had a builder, I was only sniped during those 3 days, I went on occasionally to donate troops and then storages were refilled through collecting from elixir collectors.

I sat on the full gold storage for three days while getting th sniped 4 times lol. I had 6+mil in elixir and 70K in de.

Having fun at TH0 is all about settling into a rhythm and trophy count that works for you. As noted, you can sit at certain trophy counts for as long as you need to, but the key point is that you might want to plan ahead a little and make sure your builders are staggered - I found about 2-3M gold per day was more than enough to keep 5 builders busy - less early on when you mostly need elixer (dump gold to walls).

Same with me. I sit on full storages (8M/8M/170k) for 2 days before my next builder was free last night.
Make 4x zap wall, and dump 90k DE into BK (7 days).
Next builder will be free in 3.5 days. The rest need 6-7 days.

My storages are slowly increasing and already 1.8M/1.8M/105k as of now.

I'm not going to boost barracks, just farm slowly. I'm not saying the loot is great, no it's not. But as TH10, I find it not that rush as compared to TH8/9. Well, maybe at the ending stage where I need to upgrade AT, cannons and traps where the build times are much faster 6-7 days, instead of current upgrades of 10-14 days.

You're damn right. It's just that my TH 10 has only a few days of existing so it's all a mess :D
