My boyfriend tried to open his account and is leader of our clan, and it says that he has been banned. I don't know why he was banned. His clash of clans account name is stoned toad and it's connected to his game center, which is minxbuddman. He is very upset to have lost this account after playing for over a year. I'm hoping a supercell admin sees this so we can find out how long he is banned for and why. I sent out an email but doubt that it will be answered quickly. Thanks!

Doubt he'll be banned more than 48 hours at most. They may take offense to the "Stoned" in his IGN. If his name becomes Fluffy Toad when his ban ends, then you know what got him busted.
Offensive behavior bans occur when players abuse other players in game usually on global chat. The other player took a screenshot and reported him having him banned. It usually lasts around 1-2 days and if another one occurs he can be permanently banned. It can also happen if they have offensive clan names, clan info etc.
It's either his name, offensive behavior on global, or an offensive clna description.
When he can log on again, make sure that he demotes all his non- trustworthy co- leaders.
What does the pop up say? It should give you an idea of why he got banned and for how long. Is it just him, or are others , like co's in the clan banned as well?Quote:

Lol not really. I'm asking why, specifically, was he banned. It might be our clan name being satans army he gets reported for it all the time in global and I'm just trying to figure out when it will let him play again because it doesn't say for how long when he opens it.Quote:

Seems like a lot of people are getting banned for "no reason" I don't think sc would just ban outta the blue but I also think they should give a better reasoning then just slapping a ban on people

Yep I told him plenty of times to just not acknowledge people that want to start a fight over the name and if they do then he can screen shot it and report them instead, but now he's been kicked out so he better be staying out of global when he gets his account back.
