Order66, Mature active and helpful clan looking for new members. TH6-9, War 2x a week

We have an active clan of 37 long time players that is trying to expand to 45. We have members ranging from town hall 6 to 9, with a majority in the 8 and 9 range, but we'd happily have active players at any stage.
We do well in clan wars almost always getting above 100 stars, but we're sick of carrying new recruits who end up not participating. Participation in war is required, although we are forgiving for the occasional absence. We also want player's who give it their best try to win. So Barching is not an option for war.
