Right now at base level they cost 70 De which is a little high, but not too bad.
Then at max they cost 160 DE!
that is insane for a troop that is barely even used.
Lowering the cost of Valks will help get people to use them, as a cheaper version of a pekka.
I think many people will use the valk in their normal farming armies if they are lowered in DE price.
Maybe changing base to 50De and max to 90De would be good. they just cost way too much for their effectiveness at the moment.
The cost doesn't directly effect the use of the valkyrie. If the valk ain't good, it probably still won't be until they buff it again. However, it is a bit expensive, so I sorta support this idea. But maybe not as low as 90 de.Quote:

Probably not, Supercell has injected much more DE into the game with 2 more drills total at TH7 and TH8.
DE is not as strong as it was before any more now that level 7 troops are out.
Your better off farming with a few hogs instead of valks/minions in your army if you do want to use some DE.
I think the point raised here is not the DE cost of the valkyrie but the use of the valkyrie - it still seems to be one of the least understood or weaker unit types in the game, I think the DE cost is fine as mentioned above DE is becoming more available for players at appropriate levels.
