As we know can transfer coc account to another handphone, what if handphone lost?

How about if using gamecenter Iphone how to save or auto will save to your gamecenter account? Need any sync? If yes how

Just change Google account password for that. The old credentials won't be valid. The old phone won't be able to access any Google services with his account.

If you're logged into Game Center, launch COC, and it syncs.

and remember to change your password.

Changing your password doesn't help. If the device is linked to your account, it will be able to access it, no matter the password. COC never asks for a password when you launch it.
