Right now im a town hall 8 farming in Gold 3 or Silver 1... the loot is terrible all i find is 100k of god and elixer and nothing more.... even finding next all i find are hardcore townhall 9 with 350k gold and elixer and i dont even think i can attack it cuz its all in the stoarge... so where is the good loot range right now... im using gibarch...
I have your same problem sometimes when I'm in Gold 2.
But right now I'm at Silver 1 farming elixir, usually get 150K+ per raid. I also do well in Gold 3.
Hundreds of threads with people complaining about loot. Go find one and complain in it. I hope someone shuts this thread down. It's repetitive and useless
If you're finding bad loot go lower. Unless you're a th 10 then go higher. Unless you're already in masters then go lower. The key is to keep moving and never stay in one place too long. Th 8 is a cake walk

I found Silver 1 to be the best for loot while at Town Hall 8. Try dropping to Silver 1 whenever you notice the loot starts to become scarcer.

Loot goes up and down - it is pure luck. I spent my whole TH8 time in Silver I-Gold III and most of the times the loot was great. But sometimes I just had to give up after a 100 nexts turned up a good base. It is just not worth my time then.
The same thing is happening as a TH9 in Gold II now. One day I raided 13m and the next day I had to settle for just 6m because after 6 attacks, my gold had not increased at all.
So all I can say is to move up and down. And good luck!
I have a nearly maxed TH8 and farm in the 1150-1200 range. I never have a problem finding 200k + of each but time of day and week does make a difference. I'm in the U.S. Eastern time zone and late at night, when the Chinese start to wake up, the loot starts to dry up. Sunday's are really good for some reason, as are Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Saturday's are usually pretty tough. CofC is played all over the planet but there are times when fewer people are on.
Play when others don't (ie: 4am in the morning on a Wednesday). Best chance of decent loot - aside from that lower trophies and keep hitting "next" until supercell decides to boost the output of resources collectors ;-)
